Please let the dispatcher know that you’re on the Ballpark Bus and specify which location you departed from. If you are having difficulty finding your bus after your game or event, dispatch will notify your driver and assist in anyway they can. Dispatch will not delay departures to your game from your restaurant under any circumstances.

Cancellation and refund requests can be made by emailing email@example.com. Refunds will be provided only if you cancel at least one week prior to your bus trip.
If a bus trip is cancelled due to weather, game cancellation, or other reasons beyond our control, passengers will receive a rain check credit for each seat booked that may be applied to another scheduled bus trip. Makeup games are not typically added to our bus schedule.
We will notify you of cancellations via email as soon as possible. We keep passengers informed through the email address they provide when booking their seats. It is the responsibility of whoever receives this email to notify everyone in their party.
